The One With Nail School! Day 1
Yesterday I had my first day of nail school! I love reading Nevorpurifys nail school blogs so I decided to do my own. There were 4 new nail tech students including me. We had orientation which was just talking about the rules and and regulations about licensure and stuff.
Then I got my nail kit! It is so big and weighs a million pounds hahaa. My school is sponsored by OPI so all the products we use are OPI.
My teacher went over everything in the kit and then we started some work in the textbook. The rest of the class is already on Chapter 20 so thats where I'm starting. I don't really know how its going to work for the 4 of us who are new because we need to start at the beginning. So we'll see. I go Mon-Wed 6-9pm so I'll be finished sometime in August. Monday and Tuesday is classwork and then on Wednesday we have clinical work where they book us clients.
