The One With Nail School! Day 5

Today was client day at school. Those of us that didnt have clients were partnered in 2s so we could practice on each other. I did my first pedicure yesterday which was the part I was not looking forward to. I do not like feet. haha. But she had nice feet so it was ok. I didnt really know what I was doing because we never learned what to do, we kind of just had to figure it out on our own.

After that me and another girl learned how to use the paraffin treatment and practiced that on each other. It made my hands so soft and really helped my cuticles because they are so dry.

Today me and the rest of the new girls got our procedure papers to keep track of what we have done. We are required to complete a certain amount of manicures, pedicures, tips, etc..
So far I've done 1 manicure and 1 pedicure.

I pretty much just did some book work for the rest of class.
We aren't learning how to do anything in class yet so Ive been practicing with my acrylics at home. I think I did pretty good for not knowing what I'm doing haha

 And I tried out doing the stiletto nails! It came out pretty good. Its not perfectly symmetrical but it was my first time so I just have to keep practicing.

Now I need to practice some on real hands so Im making my sisters friend my guinea pig today haha. Ill let you know how it goes!
