Even on vacation I still bring my nail polish! Even though I loved my gold glitter nails I got a little bored after 2 days.
This is one of my absolute favorite colors! Im on my second bottle! The only thing about it I dislike is the fact that its so sheer. I need 4 coats for it to be opaque :( This color is amazing for spring and summer. I love the way it looks against my skin when I'm tan. I need to get back to the pool here in Disney and get tanner! haha
The lighting in the hotel bathroom is actually really good. I think it worked just as great as my lightbox.
And...I thought it would be fun to show you my little "nail kit" I made to take with me.
I made sure to bring everything I needed! This was the first time I tried the Sephora by OPI polish remover and I really like it. Its not drying and it takes the polish off really easily. AND it smells like oranges/tangerines which I love. Im not really a fan of the scented polish removers but I love the smell of this! I need to go get myself a bigger bottle.

This is such a pretty color!! I see why your on you second bottle!(;
ReplyDeleteThis is such a nice colour!
ReplyDeleteI like this colour!
ReplyDeleteSo jealous you are at Disney, but how appropriate is this colour? Kinda Cinderella-ish? Gorgeous x
ReplyDeleteNice colour!
ReplyDeleteLove your travel nail kit!
ReplyDeleteI noticed we own the same lightbox. I just got mine and am still figuring it out. So any info you could share would be super helpful! Like what lamps do you use, how many, where... what camera settings...etc Thanks!!
Thanks! :)
DeleteI have a lamp that has 3 different lights and you can bend them to wherever you want. I shine them onto one side of the box. Depending on the color or what I'm taking a picture of, I turn on 1,2 or 3 of the lights. I usually use the sports setting on my camera or program if I need to place around with the white balance. I can do a blog post about it when I get home if you want.
Such a gorgeous spring colour.
ReplyDeleteI also really love the Sephora by OPI polish remover. The larger bottle is $8 - but as you said, does not dry out my fingers as bad. However, I have found that adding in some Vit E oil or any good essential oils I have to a lesser brand of remover helps a whole lot with making removers more gentle on my nail beds that really dry out from removers - I have to rush to wash and grab nail oil ASAP when I use removers.
