The One With The Snowflake Nails!

Todays post is all about one of my favorite things, snowflakes! I changed my blog layout a few days ago and I'm absolutely in love with my background picture! It was time for the Halloween nails to come off so I was looking around for some new inspiration. I was completely drawing a blank when all of a sudden the idea came to me. I needed to do my nails to match my new background!

I used black acrylic paint to paint on the snowflakes. They actually didn't take as long as I thought they would. It only took about an hour which is like record time for me! Haha. I used a dotting tool for all of the dots and a tiny little brush for the rest.
love the way they came out! I cant stop staring at them. Now I just need some actual snow outside and these would be so much better!

  2. Gorgeous! I LOVE your new nail shape! If I wasn't going to school to my esthetician program I'd try out something other than my usual square nails. But I really wouldn't want to poke anyones face while giving them a facial!

    1. Thanks! I had to wait until I was doing with nail school to do them as well. They actually come in handy for cleaning polish off the skin but facials may be another story! hahaaa
