The One With All The Purple...and Gia!

I need to catch up on posting my untireds! Today I have 2 polishes in 1. First I used 1 coat of OPI Planks A Lot and layered 2 coats of  OPI Care to Danse? over it. 



It was a little streaky up close so I should have used another coat of Planks A Lot. I still like it though :)

Aside from Untried Month, I have a little life update. About a month ago my family took over a party store! We do birthday parties for little girls where they do hair, nails, makeup, and put on fashion shows. So thats why I have been so busy and never have time to do anything! haha. Anyway, Gia came to store the other day so of course she needed to get dressed up and get her nails done!


We have a giant nail polish cut out!! :) 

Now I'm going to go to take pictures for Nail Mail Monday so its on time for once! haha

The One With The Nail School Update!

Today I have a Nail School Update! I haven't been blogging everyday because it was getting too boring. Since I only got 3 days a week for 3 hours, not much happens in one night. Usually we will do book work for the whole class or take a test so theres not really anything to write about. I figured I was just start doing random updates from now on.

For the past 3 weeks we have had SO many clients. There was a coupon out for our school so we have been completely booked. I've been doing a lot of pedicures which I'm not so thrilled about....haha.

And I finally started acrylics and wraps! Some of them are from a phone so they aren't the greatest quality.

And we finished early with clients one night so I did some cheetah nails on one of the girls :)

The One With Gotta Love Brains!

I am so behind on my Month of Untrieds! After I took off My Pointe Exactly I knew I wanted to try Lynnderella Gotta Love Brains. I was looking around for a base color and I wound up using MPE again...I should have never took it off because I just had to repaint them all over again -_- Its the perfect base color for Gotta Love Brains because it matches exactly. It looks just like in the bottle :)



This was 2 coats of My Pointe Exactly and 1 coat of Gotta Love Brains. I wish more of the big white glitters came out but I couldn't get them on my brush. :( I still love it though!

The One With My Pointe Exactly

Day 3 of Untried Month! Today I have on one of the new OPI NYC Ballet Colors. My favorite from the collection was My Pointe Exactly, a pale grayish blue. I needed 3 coats for full coverage. It really could have used 4 to completely cover the visible nail line but it didn't bother me so I left it. 

Love this color! :)

The One With All The Shopping With Alaina!

The other day my friend Alaina came over so of course we went nail polish shopping! I finally got around to putting the post together.

First we went to Royal Beauty Supply which I've never been to before. So this is what I picked up from there... 
CND Scrub Fresh, My Private Jet, (don't have the name of this one right now), I Juggle Men, Coney Island Cotton Candy

I got the Scrub Fresh for free because the shipment just came in and they didn't put the prices in the computer yet! :) I should have took them all if they were free! haha. This is my second MPJ. My other one is just the regular brown but this had a little bit of a scattered holo so I bought it.

These were from a local beauty supply store that has the most Essie polishes Ive ever seen in my life!

And lastly...Cosmoprof of course! I feel like I live there lol.

I already bought a back up bottle of My Pointe Exactly because I absolutely love it!

They only had 2 prismatics left :( and I got the mini Veniques for free!

And since it was a few days before Easter I painted some nail art on Alaina before she left. 


AND she brought me a present! Lady Gaga Minx Nails! She bought for either Christmas or my birthday and forgot to give it me so she brought it with her. Cant wait to try them!!

That was my shopping trip with Alaina! I was going to take pictures of what she bought but I forgot :( She'll be back this week so maybe we will go shopping again! :D
