The One With Nail Tech Tuesday #5

Back with another Nail Tech Tuesday.. which is actually on Wednesday ....but we'll just pretend... I was doing nails all day yesterday and was too exhausted to post anything so its a day late. But isn't still Tuesday somewhere? maybe.. no? ok. Lets just look at the nails.

Brias nails. A few of these designs were inspired by Nails by Regina and then the red and black pointer finger reminded my of Fendi. Bria loves Fendi, so out came the Fendi nails. Trying to cut the chains was literally the most difficult thing ever. We had a whole toolbox out and we were banging things with wrenches and hammers and everything.. We aren't very handy I guess. Bria finally got it and then she broke her nail I just did -___- so I had to do it over.

I used gel polish as a base for the designs. The red is Gelish Backstage Beauty and the nude is Gelish Taupe Model. The rest was done with acrylic paint and sealed with gel topcoat.

Moms nails! She tells me she wants french and cheetah with glitter.. So thats what I gave her. Now shes complaining and wants to know why I put cheetah on her nails..... She wants Fendi nails after she saw Bria's. She really is my most difficult client. She drives me crazy.

These are a full set of acrylics, using gel polish for the french. The glitter is cured into the gel as well. Acrylic paint for the cheetah and I sealed everything with NSI glaze n go gel topcoat.

These were a fill in and then some mix and match designs. Skulls, crosses, bows, and glitter.
I used gel polish as a base and acrylic paint for the designs. I made  3D crosses and bows with acrylic.

Hello Kitty nails for my cousin Dianna. I used Gelish Taupe Model and added some glitter, glequins, and rhinestones. Hello Kitty is done with acrylic paint and a mini acrylic bow.

Minnie Mouse nails again! I did these on Gianna a while ago on acrylics so here they are on natural nails. My friends cousin was going to Disney so she needed some Minnie Nails!

The red is Gelish Red Roses and the white is Shellac Cream Puff. All the designs were done with acrylic paint and then I made all the 3D stuff with acrylic.

Cloud nails! These are Gelish Up in the Blue, Shellac Cream Puff and then another Gelish that the name fell off the bottom :(

Floral, bows and glitter! We got the floraly damask pattern off of my water cup on my desk. These are done with gel as well and acrylic paint for the design.

Polka dots and zebra! These are a full set of acrylics and the designs were done with gel and acrylic paint. The red is Gelish Backstage Beauty and the black is Gelish Black Shadow. All of the dots and stripes are acrylic paint.

And lastly, my cousin Dianna's nails again. These are Gelish Fashion Week Chic with glitter, caviar, and bows.

BTW! I got a new camera! I've had the Canon Rebel T1i for like 6 years so I decided to get the T3i. The picture quality is a lot more focused but the skin tones are coming out a little too red sometimes. I need to play around with the white balance and see what happens. Thats all for Nail Tech Tuesday! I need to start doing these every week so they don't end up being so long. Now I need to watch Pretty Little Liars because I missed that too.. BYEEEEEEE
