The One With the Tribal Nails

Todays post is tribal nails! These are inspired by Supa Nails. I've had this design saved on my computer for the longest time and finally decided to do them on my own nails! I reallllyy love love love these. And they're blue and orange, what more do I need to say.

I used OPI Skull & Glossbones for my thumb and ring finger, Nails Inc Black Taxi for my pointer and pinky and Butter London Jaffa on my middle. I wasn't so crazy about the formula for Jaffa. Its kind of jellyish so it took 4 coats to be opaque and not look patchy. But I loooove the color so I'll deal. I used acrylic paint for all the little dots and shapes.

They were pretty easy to do but took me forever because I wanted my lines to be perfect, of course. My OCD at is finest.

Hey look! My right hand has dots! Sooo fancy. Pretty much the extent of my nail art capabilities on this hand. Theres dots on my thumb too but I cant hold this hand unawkwardly (is that a word? no...) to show you... But you get the idea.

Sooooo those are my tribaly dot triangle nails! Ill be sad to take this off soon but Im realllly excited for my next idea I have planned.
